General Policies

Cancellation Policy

All classes require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the following policies:

  • Package holders, including monthly membership holders, will lose one class credit.
  • Unlimited membership holders will be charged a $25 late-cancellation or no-show fee.

Unlimited Memberships

Unlimited memberships include a maximum of one class per day.

A $25 fee will be charged for a no-show or for a class canceled within the 12-hour cancellation window.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time may lose their reserved spot to someone on the waitlist.

The studio doors may also be locked once class begins to protect the safety and focus of everyone participating and to prevent disruptions.

Waitlist Policy

Joining a waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. When prompted, select “Yes, add me to the Waitlist.” You may be added to the class and notified up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible. Once you are added to the class, the standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Package holders who do not attend will lose a class credit, and unlimited membership holders will be charged a $25 fee.

Liability Waiver

For the safety of all our clients, a completed Everform Pilates liability waiver is required before participating in your first class. We kindly ask that you sign the waiver in advance, as clients without a completed waiver will be unable to attend the session.

Photo and Video Policy

By attending an Everform Pilates class, you acknowledge that photos, video, or audio recordings may be captured by Everform Pilates staff or authorized media representatives.

Everform Pilates may use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes, including advertising, social media, website content, news features, and other communications.

Clients who prefer not to be photographed or recorded should notify a staff member or instructor before class begins.
