New to Everform?
You’ve come to the right place! Here’s everything you need to know before your first class, including what to bring, what to expect, and a few helpful arrival tips.
Before Your First Class
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. This will give you time to get familiar with the studio, meet your instructor, and receive a brief introduction to the Everform method and equipment.
All first-time clients are required to complete an overview of the method and machine before participating in their first session. For safety reasons, first-time clients who are not present at least 5 minutes before class begins will not be permitted to participate.
To help us provide a safe and welcoming experience, all first-time clients are kindly asked to complete and sign the Everform liability waiver before participating in class. Please note that clients who have not completed the waiver will be unable to join the session.
What to Bring
Grip Socks – Grip socks are required for all clients. They provide additional safety and stability by preventing slipping on the machine and allowing you to move with better confidence and control.
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
What to Expect
Expect a focused, low-impact, full-body workout designed to challenge your strength, balance, and endurance. Your instructor will guide you through the class, explain the movements, and offer adjustments when needed. Come ready to move, learn, and have fun!
